“Candidate” refers to any individual who seeks employment, assignments, or placement through Better Jobs Group LTD, either as a job seeker, contractor, or employee.
“Services” refers to all recruitment, staffing, care support, and consultancy services provided by Better Jobs Group LTD, which may include but are not limited to temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, consultancy, workforce management, and specialised care services.
3. Services Provided
Better Jobs Group LTD offers a range of specialised services designed to meet the specific needs of healthcare providers and candidates. These services include, but are not limited to:
- Recruitment Services: Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for a wide range of healthcare and care support roles, including both clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Staffing Solutions: Providing temporary, permanent, and contract staffing for healthcare facilities and care environments, including hospitals, clinics, care homes, rehabilitation centres, and supported living services.
- Care Support Services: Offering specialised care services for individuals with a variety of healthcare needs, including physical, emotional, and psychological support for rehabilitation, recovery, and ongoing care.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging with Better Jobs Group LTD agree to the following responsibilities:
- Accurate Job Descriptions: Clients must provide clear, accurate, and up-to-date job descriptions and specifications for positions to be filled, including roles for clinical, non-clinical, and care support services.
- Fair Treatment: Clients are responsible for ensuring they adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding fair treatment in the hiring and employment process, including non-discriminatory and equality-based hiring practices.
- Timely Payments: Clients are obligated to make payments for services provided as agreed in written contracts. This includes any recruitment, placement, or service fees. Clients must make payments in a timely manner, and any delayed payments may result in additional charges or fees.
- Regulatory Compliance: Clients must ensure that their workplaces comply with relevant health and safety, regulatory, and legal standards, including safeguarding the health, safety, and well-being of all individuals placed by Better Jobs Group LTD.
- Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Better Jobs Group LTD harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from non-compliance with legal or contractual obligations, including but not limited to regulatory breaches, wrongful termination, or discrimination claims.
Better Jobs Group LTD is not liable for any losses, damages, or legal liabilities arising from a client’s failure to comply with these responsibilities.
5. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates applying for positions through Better Jobs Group LTD agree to the following responsibilities:
• Truthful Information: Candidates must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when submitting CVs, application forms, or any other required documentation.
• Legal Right to Work: Candidates must ensure they have the legal right to work in the relevant jurisdiction (e.g., UK) for any position they are applying for.
• Professional Conduct: Candidates must maintain high standards of professional conduct, including adherence to company policies, rules, and regulations during the recruitment process and while on assignment.
• Notification of Availability: Candidates must inform Better Jobs Group LTD immediately of any changes to their employment status, availability, or contact details.
• Personal Integrity: Candidates must not engage in any activities that could bring disrepute to Better Jobs Group LTD or any client organisation, including conflicts of interest or unethical behaviour.
Better Jobs Group LTD does not guarantee job placement or employment. We provide staffing and recruitment services, but the final hiring decision rests solely with the client.
6. Fees and Payments
Payment Terms: Clients are required to pay the agreed fees for recruitment, placement, and other services as outlined in the written contract or agreement. These fees may include, but are not limited to, recruitment fees, placement fees, and other related charges.
Late Payments: Payments must be made within the specified time frame outlined in the contract. If payment is delayed beyond the agreed period, Better Jobs Group LTD reserves the right to charge late fees or suspend services until full payment is received.
Suspension of Services: If payments are not received as per the contract terms, Better Jobs Group LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until the outstanding payments are settled. Clients will be notified in writing of any suspension of services.
7. Compliance with Laws
Better Jobs Group LTD is committed to complying with all relevant laws and regulations, including:
- UK Employment Laws: This includes adherence to regulations surrounding minimum wage, working hours, employment rights, and other employment standards.
- Modern Slavery Act: We ensure that our recruitment processes and supply chains are free from forced labour, human trafficking, and exploitation.
- Health and Safety Regulations: We ensure that all staff placements meet health and safety regulations and workplace standards.
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation): Better Jobs Group LTD ensures compliance with data protection laws, safeguarding personal data, and ensuring it is processed responsibly and securely.
Both clients and candidates must adhere to applicable legal requirements during their engagement with Better Jobs Group LTD.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
Intermediary Role: Better Jobs Group LTD acts solely as an intermediary between clients and candidates. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from the relationship between clients and candidates, including but not limited to disputes related to the hiring process, staff performance, or termination.
No Guarantee of Placement: While Better Jobs Group LTD strives to match candidates with appropriate roles, we do not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes. The final hiring decision rests with the client.
Limitation of Liability: Better Jobs Group LTD is not responsible for any losses resulting from delays in recruitment, staff performance issues, misconduct, or any actions by third parties involved in the recruitment or care process. Claims arising from the use of our services will be subject to the limitations outlined in our agreements.
9. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Better Jobs Group LTD is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
- Confidentiality: All information related to clients and candidates will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose any personal or professional data to third parties without consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.
- Data Protection: Better Jobs Group LTD processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring that all data is handled securely and protected against unauthorised access or misuse.
Both clients and candidates must also respect confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive information obtained through our services.
10. Termination of Services
Better Jobs Group LTD is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of Better Jobs Group LTD may terminate services immediately if:
- A client or candidate breaches any of these Terms and Conditions.
- Payments are not made as per agreed contractual terms.
- Legal or regulatory issues arise that require the termination of services.
Clients or candidates wishing to terminate services must provide written notice in accordance with the termination clauses outlined in their specific contract or agreement.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
Legal Proceedings: If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation or arbitration, the matter may be referred to the UK courts for resolution.
Initial Communication: Both parties are encouraged to address issues through direct communication to resolve concerns in a professional and amicable manner.
